CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. As an independent stylist, my time and appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure I can provide the best service possible.
